Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society

 

The second level of The Society’s Distinctions is the Associateship and it is a significant step up from Licentiateship. Candidates need to demonstrate a high standard of technical competence, creative ability and a personal style. The RPS also looks for complete control of the technical aspects of photography. It is awarded in particular categories.

Following the award my LRPS on 28th February 2008, I submitted a panel of 15 images for my Associateship on 19th June 2009.
